How it works
Step 1:
Tell us where and when
We check your address is inside an area we cover before you book, and show you only the times that fit the whole job.
Step 2:
Nothing to pay online
You pay after the cleaning, by Zelle, for the time it takes, never less than the hours you book. The price at booking is an estimate: a bigger job takes longer and costs more.
Step 3:
We turn up
Same cleaner each time, with their own cleaning products. You get a reminder the day before and an itemised invoice afterwards.
Common questions
- Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
- No. We bring all the cleaning products. If you would like us to bring a vacuum cleaner as well, add it as an extra when you book.
- How long will my cleaning take?
- A standard cleaning of a one-bedroom typically takes 2–3 hours; a deep cleaning of the same space takes 4–5. You pick the duration when booking and we tell you if we think it needs longer.
- What is the minimum booking?
- Two hours. The current hourly rate is on the pricing page, and the estimate is shown before you book.
- Is dish washing included?
- Yes — dishes are included in every service we offer, at no extra cost.
